Peer-based Mentorship Program for Existing Entrepreneurs
Each year Velocity pairs entrepreneurs in the Kansas City area with local Mentors that come from a variety of backgrounds.
Mentees have gone on to achieve incredible accomplishments and have come back as mentors themselves.
In addition to a mentor, mentees have many resources available to them including professional financial guidance, marketing materials and more.

Liesl Hays, The Historic Browning
Liesl is an entrepreneur, Human Resources Strategist and author. In 2016, Liesl left her decade-long career in Human Resources because her life was a total wreck. In a brave effort to find herself, she opened the Historic Browning Guest House located in downtown Lee’s Summit and started doing Human Resources Consulting. Entrepreneurship taught her the value of setting boundaries, balancing her work & family and loving her people tenderly. Liesl is currently finishing her first book to be released in 2021. She runs on coffee, “to do lists” and the belief life begins after you agree to write your own story.
Clint Haynes, NextGen Wealth
Financial Planner, Financial Advisor, Financial Consultant, Clint answers to all. He's been in the financial planning industry since 2001 and has worked for big Wall Street firms all the way to smaller regional firms. What's interesting, though, is there isn’t much difference between any of them besides the name. His ultimate goal is to add extreme value in every area of financial life, particularly when it comes to helping clients transition from working years to retirement years. He wants to make sense and get clients excited about the next stage of life. He is a proud member of the Kansas City Financial Advisors Network and Velocity Professional Advisor.
